Jeppsson Associates was founded 2021 as a specialized executive search and talent development firm focused on the life sciences and healthcare sector. Ola Jeppsson founded the firm based on a long 35 year experience from the sector itself and executive search in the Nordic/European and Global market within life science and healthcare.
The philosophy and driving forces behind the Jeppsson Associates is to adapt the search process and delivered services specifically to the needs within the industry sector taking into account the most recent changes and needs in the industry and its structure. Modern technologies are applied to adhere to the development in the industry, agility for our clients and sustainable operations.

About the founder:
Ola Jeppsson has in-depth experience from global roles within lifes sciences industry at Elekta and Siemens with extensive international work in the USA and Europe, and management consulting at McKinsey, PA Consulting and Acando, working in lifes sciences, technology, services and manufacturing industry.
With 19 years experience since 2005 Ola has worked in executive search and assessment of leaders with a focus on the life science and healthcare industry and bordering industries (professional services, technology, FMCG, and industrial)
Ola advices the full range of companies within the industry ranging from the largest corporations to the smaller start-up growth companies, with own line management experience from both start-up situations and large corporate global roles.
Prior to founding Jeppsson Associates, Ola held a global responsibility for life sciences and healthcare as Partner in one of the global executive search firms and previously Nordic responsibility as Partner/Senior Client Partner for the same sector for the largest executive search firm globally.
Ola possesses a M.Sc. Degree in Electrical Engineering within Computer Science and Software, from the Royal Institute of Technology in Stockholm, Sweden and has studied internationally in Munich and on a graduate Fulbright Scholarship at the University of Massachusetts, in Computer Science, AI and International Finance.
